F-4-03, List of Lender Contracts (06/13/2018) Introduction The following list summarizes the major contracts lenders must have in order to do business with Fannie Mae. It is intended to assist lenders in knowing the Fannie Mae contractual requirements that exist, but is not inclusive of all contracts that may be required. Lender Contracts Lender Contracts The following table summarizes the major contracts lenders must have in order to do business with Fannie Mae: Published May 13, 2026 759 Contract Name Purpose How to Obtain it Mortgage Selling and Servicing Contract (MSSC) (and Addenda) For all sellers/servicers that sell mortgage loans to Fannie Mae or service mortgage loans on Fannie Mae’s behalf. The MSSC may include special approvals for sellers/servicers to deliver certain types of mortgage loans (for example: second mortgages, HomeStyle, and co-op share loans). Becoming a Fannie Mae Customer Software Subscription Agreement (and applicable Schedules) The Software Subscription Agreement is required for lenders to obtain access to any of Fannie Mae’s technology applications.
