1. Eligible Uses of Proceeds Proceeds from a MARC program loan may only be used for the following purposes: a. To support the working capital needs of the Applicant business; or b. Refinancing debt in which the original purpose of the debt to be refinanced was for working capital purposes. i. See Appendix 14: 7(a) Debt Refinancing Para. B.3. for MARC loan program specific guidance.
