31 CFR §1010.410 — Funds-transfer recordkeeping and the Travel Rule (FinCEN, Bank Secrecy Act)

fincen-bsa-1010-travel-rule

31 CFR §1010.410 sets the funds-transfer recordkeeping rules and the 'Travel Rule' (§1010.410(f)) requiring transmittor information to travel with transmittals of funds at or above $3,000. FinCEN applies these to convertible-virtual-currency transmittals, making them core crypto/VASP AML obligations.
