(11/19/25) This section contains requirements related to: ■ Documents and records ■ Remittance to Freddie Mac (a) Documents and records Upon termination of the Servicing Contract and related Servicing Contract Rights to any Mortgage, the Servicer is responsible for supplying and (if applicable) causing its Document Custodian to supply all reports, documents and information (including, but not limited to, all Mortgage records specified in Section 8101.4(c)) requested by Freddie Mac on the date specified by Freddie Mac. The material, including an accounting of the current status of each Mortgage for which the Servicing Contract and related Servicing Contract Rights are being terminated, must be prepared in the form requested by Freddie Mac and delivered to the Transferee Servicer and the new Document Custodian, if applicable, designated by Freddie Mac.

603-8 (b) Remittance to Freddie Mac The remittance to Freddie Mac of Mortgage collections for each Mortgage for which the Servicing Contract and related Servicing Contract Rights are terminated must be made on the date specified by Freddie Mac (notwithstanding Freddie Mac’s regular remittance requirements). Additionally, all Escrow Funds, Escrow accounts and prepaid installments held by the Servicer for each Mortgage for which the Servicing Contract and related Servicing Contract Rights are being terminated must be transferred to the Transferee Servicer on the date specified by Freddie Mac. The Servicer must use its best efforts to effect the orderly and efficient Transfer of Servicing to the Transferee Servicer.
